Presentation

Reponen Holiday Cottages has been in operation since 1975. Our first cottage was Veneranta, which quickly became very popular as a rental cottage. The gently undulating sandy beaches at Jänniemi are perfect for holidaymaking, which gave us the confidence to expand our business slowly but surely. We wish you a warm and carefree holiday welcome to Lakeland Finland! 

Our cottages are evenly distributed throughout Jänniemi headland, so all our residents have plenty of peaceful countryside to call their own. Small pets are welcome, although out of equal concern for the tranquillity of all our residents we cannot allow large dogs at our cottages. Blankets are provided at all our premises. Residents may prefer to bring their own bed sheets, or sets can be rented from us.

We are in Puumala, on the shores of Lake Saimaa. If coming from the Puumala direction, follow our signs past the Pistohiekka holidaying area, across the bridges at Lietvesi, and on to the Lietvesi headland on the Lake Saimaa shoreline. After 27 km from the center of Puumala towards Mikkeli, just follow the sign: Reponen 6 km. If coming from the Mikkeli direction, drive past Anttola and follow the signs for Reposen kesämökki / Reponen Holiday Homes. 

You’ll find us on the map between Mikkeli ja Puumala, near Hurissalo. If coming from the Greater Helsinki Area, the shortest route from is via the beautiful Ristiina-Suurlahti-Hurissalo scenic route.
